Life has placed many of us in situations we do not want to be in. God’s grace and word supply the power that enables us to make radical changes from the pigpen to the father’s arms.

Whether it is an addiction to drugs and alcohol, depression, or anger, the new birth places into you the power to become. God does not use the same method the world uses. You will always be the person you think you are. Recovery is God changing the way you see yourself. Whether you are new in the faith or have walked with God for years, you have not yet become what God intends for you to be. Only in the father’s arms can you thrive and grow into your predetermined purpose. Psalm 16:11, in the presence, is fullness of joy, at your right hand, there are pleasures forevermore. Step into the joy of recovery, and become what God has always intended you to be.
